Rudolph’s Red Velvet Cake
Our red velvet cake is a tribute to the Christmas season. We have taken this traditional cake and given it a little update to include mini chocolate chips and a tiny amount of peppermint extract in the batter. We then glaze the cake with a vanilla peppermint glaze. We hope you enjoy our version of this cake; we know that Rudolph the Red nosed reindeer does!!
12 Days of Christmas Mini 12 Layer
Twelve miniature layers of yellow cake are frosted with the best fudge frosting in the south! We introduced this cake a few years ago at the Holiday Show and has been an instant best seller! Get them while you can because we only make a limited number!
Caribbean Christmas Rum
This cake holds lots of memories for people from all over the country, some people remember their grandmother or mother making this cake for Thanksgiving and Christmas. A golden yellow cake with rum and chopped pecans on top of the cake is then doused with a Rum glaze. The longer it sits the better it gets!!
Candy Cane Forest
Talk about Christmas in your mouth! Honey, we take a chocolate cake and add just a dash of peppermint oil for a little kick. Then we top it off with a fluffy frosting with more peppermint oil and crushed candy canes. Think of a Peppermint Patty but only in cake form! Surely to become a holiday favorite!!!
Angelic Almond Amaretto
One of the most light and fluffy cakes we make. Almonds line the top of the cake to give it a slight crunch but once the cake has cooled the Italian liqueur is poured over the cake. We think that this angelic cake is a sweet treat for the upcoming holidays.
Pumpkin Rum Pum Pum Pum
It’s Pumpkin Season! This cake is one of my all-time favorites, I guess because I love the fall and winter seasons. A pumpkin cake is infused with a cinnamon streusel filling as well as golden rum! To top it off we make a caramel glaze (with more golden rum) that has a warm and toasty profile
Fa la la la Lemon
Deck the halls with this delicious lemon cake. Our cake is topped with a simple lemon glaze. It is not too tart nor too sweet. Our lemon cake is a Holiday Show favorite and will be one of yours too.
When I describe this cake, I think of the season of Autumn. The warm blend of spices along with Granny Smith apples and pecans are in incorporated in a delicious apple cake. Once the apple cake is taken out of the oven, we pour a hot buttermilk glaze over the warm cake and it just melts into the cake. Oh, my goodness, you might have to go on a hayride and pick apples after you have a slice of this cake! Pro tip- it is also good for breakfast!
On the Naughty List Triple Chocolate
Our triple chocolate cake is a chocolate lovers dream. We take chocolate cake and add chocolate chips and then top it off with a chocolate ganache. As my grandmother used to say- “A day without chocolate is like a day without sunshine!”
